Terms governing your use of Hogalytics.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Hogalytics, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Hogalytics is a mobile application that allows you to connect to your PostHog workspace and view analytics data, including events, session recordings, and related project information. The app acts as a client for PostHog's existing APIs and does not process or store your PostHog workspace data independently.

3. Requirements

• You must have a valid PostHog account and API key to use the core features of the app.
• You must be at least 13 years of age to use the app.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PostHog API key and for any activity that occurs under your credentials.

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data in your PostHog workspace. Hogalytics accesses that data on your behalf using the API key you provide. We do not claim any ownership of your PostHog data. For details on how information is handled, see our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of the app.
• Use the app in a way that could damage, disable, or impair PostHog's services or Hogalytics' infrastructure.
• Access PostHog data that you are not authorized to access.

6. Intellectual Property

The Hogalytics app, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Cannappy. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

7. Third-Party Services

Hogalytics integrates with PostHog's APIs and is available through Apple's App Store and Google Play. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Hogalytics is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cannappy and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use Hogalytics, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app at our discretion, including if we believe you have violated these terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Hogalytics after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
